AI text improvements: help the thought come together
The nice thing about dictating notes is that you do not need to finish planning a sentence before you start saying it. Sometimes, though, the result captures every change of direction along the way.
In Familia, you can ask AI to improve the note's text, choosing a brief or more detailed version. For your speech idea, that can help organize the memory and the point you want to make. You supply the story; AI helps with the wording. Read the suggestion, adjust it to sound like you and return to the original if you prefer. A note attached to the plan you will come back to
At first, “Speech idea” can be a standalone note. When you create the party plan, attach it there. Or add it to a task called “Prepare the speech.” When preparations get underway, the original thought is with the right item, even if a month has passed since that evening with the laundry.
If you are preparing the speech with a sibling who belongs to your household in Familia, you can give them access to the note. Attaching it to a family plan does not automatically reveal it to everyone, so you can also keep the draft to yourself. The surprise need not begin with “Grandad, please don't read that note.”
And the party shopping? Candles, drinks and napkins belong on an attached List, where you can tick off what you have. A note holds the memory, a draft speech or your idea for how the afternoon should unfold. The list helps you shop; the note reminds you what you wanted to say and why.
